before we print.
How much time should we allow?
The shop describes a typical turnaround of about two weeks. Busy seasons, artwork and garment availability can affect timing. Include your event date with your inquiry and have the team confirm a schedule before ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
Multi-color screen printing starts at 12 pieces. Smaller single-color runs are possible with an additional fee. Embroidery has no minimum quantity. The team can recommend the best method for your project and budget.
What if we don’t have finished artwork?
In-house design help is available. Vector files such as AI, EPS and CDR are preferred, but the team can review other formats. Tell them what you have; you will review and approve a design proof before production.
Can we arrange pickup or shipping?
Ask about pickup at the Chichester showroom, shipping, or a local delivery arrangement when you discuss your order. Confirm the date and any shipping costs with the team.
